What: Seminar Goal
During this class we will help participants recognize, trust, and practically apply their intuition in daily decisions and personal growth in an experiential manner rather than purely theoretical so you leave with usable skills.

Learning Objectives
By the end of the 2 hours, participants should be able to:

• Distinguish intuition from fear, anxiety, wishful thinking, and overthinking
• Identify their personal “intuition language” (body sensations, sudden knowing, images, energy shifts, etc.)
• Use 3–4 simple practices to access and strengthen intuition
• Apply intuition to a real decision or situation in their life
